Don't forget that eating fried foods too much is bad for your health. You want to keep it in moderation. When using your new deep fryer try to
use the healthiest oils you can, and practice portion control. Of course the food is great, it was fried in your new DeLonghi deep fryer. But you
don't want to over do it.
Also remember to be safe. You are working with very hot oil, and its easy to burn yourself severe enough to need major medical attention. Keep
the kids away from it so they don't get burned. Teach them good habits about working with hot oil and food.
